Peanut Butter Bomb




Ingredients:
1 scoop whey protein or weight gainer. (vanilla or chocolate)
1 banana
1-2 scoops natural peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
380ml water or milk
(Glutamine optional)
5-8 Ground up almonds
