Ingredients:
- 4 eggs or egg whites
- 4 slices of lean ham
- chopped onion + green pepper
- Cheddar cheese or feta
- Preheat oven to 180c/375f
- Press slices of ham into custard/muffin cups
- Put a few pieces of onion and green pepper into ham cup
- Break an egg into each ham cup
- Pour cheese over the top
- Bake in the oven for + - 15min
