Baked Egg Cups

A healthy meal for those bored of eating scrambled eggs every day.

Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs or egg whites
  • 4 slices of lean ham
  • chopped onion + green pepper
  • Cheddar cheese or feta
How to make it:
  • Preheat oven to 180c/375f 
  • Press slices of ham into custard/muffin cups
  • Put a few pieces of onion and green pepper into ham cup
  • Break an egg into each ham cup
  • Pour cheese over the top
  • Bake in the oven for + - 15min
